I love love love working out here! Bobby is an amazing trainer. The Movement Society is newer however, I’ve been working out with Bobby for years. When I’m injured (not from his workouts 😂) his education and experience especially shine. He modifies workouts (sometimes with just small adjustments causing muscles to engage differently) promoting recovery but still gaining strength… most importantly keeps me moving.
